This was a property transformed from the inside out. After 25 years, prospective buyers couldn't look past the dated flooring, lighting, landscaping and wallpaper....lots of wallpaper! We immediately saw the potential this phenomenal home possessed.

 

Each space was given a much needed facelift on a very tight budget. Neighbors would stop by during the remodel, asking to take a sneak-peek at the progress. Needless to say, they were pleasantly surprised by the changes that had taken place. It was so gratifying to hear all the "Thank you's " we received.
