Whether you are a Homeowner looking for a fresh new look, an Investor needing help choosing a color scheme for your "spec" or “flipped” home, or a Realtor helping a client prepare their home for the market, TK Designs & Consulting will customize a Color Consultation to your needs.

 

During your Color Consultation, we will discuss your color preferences, take note of any items such as bedspreads, artwork, area rugs or furniture that we need to coordinate with, and survey your home’s lighting and style to narrow the spectrum of colors that will work for each space. 

 

Clients then browse a variety of hand selected color samples from our Sherwin Williams color box.   Together we will choose the perfect color scheme for each room!
