Yikes!  We passed this one up multiple times after viewing the pictures online.  We finally gave it a chance after another property offer fell through.  We were so glad that we did!  The space was spectacular.  Much like The Highland, the home needed someone who could see its potential.  After painting both the interior and exterior, re-excavating and seeding the entire lawn, new lighting, new kitchen countertops, sink and faucet, painting of the kitchen cabinets, deck and screened porch, and new landscaping around the entire parimeter, the house is almost done.
